By placing an order with Shrine Trading Ltd trading as 'The Shrine Shop' you will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions and your use of our website are subject to English law, and are designed for use within the UK. Whilst we are happy to take orders from outside the UK, we do not guarantee that either the products supplied or the use of this website will comply with non-UK laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

All products are subject to availability and details and prices are subject to change without notice.

Products shown will not be actual size but approximate measurements are included in product descriptions where relevant. Colours reproduced are as accurate as computer/photographic processes allow.

A contract between the customer and the Shrine Shop for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the customers credit/debit card will be charged with the value of the goods). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
